CANCELLATION POLICY

🚨Appointments & Cancellation Policy🚨 Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved especially for you. As an independent technician, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my business. 🚨Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel to waive any fees for late cancellation. 🚨Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services total. 🚨No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. No-shows will be blocked from system and will be on a “DO NOT REBOOK” list. 🚨Late Arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and the late cancellation fee will apply. 🚨Rescheduling: 1 Reschedule will be honored for 24 hours or emergency cancellations. 2 cancellations in a row are subject for client to be transferred to a “DO NOT REBOOK” list. ✅ONE-TIME EMERGENCY PASS IS AVAILABLE FOR TRUE EMERGENCIES.
